Due to the stay at home initiative and social distancing my classes will be running on Zoom through November. Personal training will contiune but taking place in suitable public spaces.
The UK has gone exercise mad and this is good news, especially for us middle age-ish guys. Our fitness and general health have never been more important at this challenging time. I am happy to provide free fitness advise and some personal training sessions via video to Crowthorne men 45 years and over. Toning wobbly bits, increasing overall strength (including the heart) and improving flexibility will significantly improve the chance of good health in later years and crucially help to fight nasty viruses. At 58 I am reasonably fit but it’s a scary time and I am certainly feeling more vulnerable.
