Two new acquisitions this week, both capable of delivering measurable and substantial results!

Using state of the art analysis…one has reduced my ball spin to well under 2000 rpm, reduced dispersion, added around 10 yards carry and due to the reduced spin creates a flatter trajectory increasing roll-out; all adding up to some sneaky long drives 😊. The 20Kg kettlebell will challenge and improve strength, balance, co-ordination and explosive power…which will help me to gun my drives like a 2 handicapper of half my years😊.  This training principle applies to many sports demanding speed and power. However, neither technology or resistance training will help without application and sound technique: I can’t turn you into Rory Mcilroy! But I can help you become fitter and stronger for your sport.
