Maximise freestyle power by engaging the lats

A very simple and cheap way to help train lat engagement (and strengthening) The resistance tube was under £5. Technique: Step far enough away to create some reasonable resistance with the leading arm fully extended (feel the lat engaged and ever so slightly extended/lifted). The lat should lead the pull through and thereby create maximum power through to completion of the pushing back phase. Always best to check with the wife before drilling holes in brickwork!
