Just want to say a big thankyou for the past 6 weeks personal training. I’ve learnt so much and can see how my fitness, strength and running technique have massively improved. You’ve made me realise I can do much more than I thought I could!
Thanks for your motivation, encouragement, support, great tips, advice and useful information – it’s been fab working with you.
I look forward to doing a few more sessions with you at some point in the future but for now will enjoy putting all of this into practice and smashing some of those goals !!
I would highly recommend you Simon to anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness and stamina.
